How did you come to Ocala First Assembly?
My family and I moved from New York a little over 23 years ago, where we formerly attended Bellerose First Assembly.
What is your role at Ocala First Assembly?
I am Pastor Brunson's Secretary.
What is the best part of your role?
I have been working here for a little over 17 years, and I would have to say the best part of my role is making new friends. I also enjoy the opportunity to welcome our newcomers and help get them plugged into our fellowship.
What is your favorite place on the earth?
My favorite place to be is home. We have a sign in our grandchildren's play room that says "Home is where you hang your heart." How true! I love being there with my husband, family and friends.
What makes you laugh?
Funny movies and family get-togethers (when there are six or seven conversations going on at the same time and I try to follow them all).
What makes you cry?
I cry at sad movies. I also cry when I am happy. When my granddaughter tells me "I love you Mimi" and the first time I saw my grandson.
What is your favorite movie or TV show?
My favorite movie is "While You Were Sleeping", my favorite TV comedy show is "Everyone Loves Raymond", and my favorite TV series is 24.
