Earlene Carte
F.A.C.S. Principal
Earlene Carte was born in Bartow, Florida. She has two younger siblings. Her father was a pastor; therefore she was very involved in church and moved all over the state of Florida as her father worked planting churches. She graduated from Louisiana Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts Degrees in Christian Education.
In 1979, Earlene married Robert. They have two children. Carlene is a fifth grade teacher, and Christopher is a pediatric nurse. They served faithfully in her parents’ church in Bowling Green, Florida, until God called them to Ocala in 1991.
Since moving to Ocala in April 1991, Earlene has been a part of First Assembly of God. In August of the same year, she began teaching K3 at First Assembly Christian School. Over the last 20 years she has taught K3, K4, K5, and 5-8 grade Bible, history, literature, math, and science. In December 2008, she became our Daycare Director. She is now the Principal of First Assembly Christian School and Daycare.
A personal note from the new Principal:
I am extremely excited about the upcoming year! I see God taking us to new heights. Please pray that I will follow His complete direction for this ministry. I am looking forward to working with each parent and student.
Sincerely,
Earlene Carte
Principal
